KUNDALINI YOGA

In this course we explore the nature of the mind and meditation as a tool to strengthen and to know oneself, by means of the age old science of Kundalini yoga, as taught by the master Yogi Bhajan

This process involves the knowing of our mind and the relation with the body to establish a connection with our true self, the soul. Upon establishing this connection, by means of practicing yoga and meditation, we begin to overcome old mental patterns like fear and pain which keep us tied to the past without being able to live and enjoy the beauty of the present. This process requires knowledge and personal experience.

During the course we will practice: Kundalini yoga and meditation to connect with your emotions and open your heart, rebirthings to work on internal forgiveness, and many other purification dynamics and physical and mental healing.
